In the modern era most organisations are reliant on a networked IT infrastructure to conduct operations and require effective IT infrastructure management and Software Asset Management (SAM) processes to protect their critical business assets. - Ability to reconcile collected asset inventory with Active Directory and ability to view when the asset was last “seen” provides assurance that information about the environment is complete, accurate and up to date.
- Extensive reporting and analysis capability
Where the NEED exists for a centralised view of the information for many clients, each with a network of below 100 seats, a centralised SYNC Pro Inventory Manager can be installed at the IT Service Provider's premises. SYNC Pro Inventory Manager views separate databases for each client. In these circumstances the first client database would be FREE and access to subsequent client databases would be at an affordable price. All the Installations on the client’s premises would remain FREE.

Additional seat count
For customers or sites where the NEED has grown beyond the 100 seat level, a very EASY upgrade process ensures that data already established about the environment is not lost. Information collected on seats above the 100 limit will become viewable.
